About Cyber Services Webmail

The CSI Webmail System offers you many options for customizing your online e-mail services. Begin by logging into the system at http://remote.cs.net Enter your username and password (your username is the first part of your e-mail address--the part before the "@" symbol). If you've forgotten your password, please call CSI.

You can log-in to the Cyber Services Webmail System from any computer with an internet connection. Once you've logged-in, be sure to visit the Options section to personalize your CSI Webmail. In this section, you can:

  • change the personal information people see when they read and reply to your messages
  • change mail server settings
  • create filtering rules to organize your incoming mail, sort it into folders, and delete spam
  • change the way your messages are displayed, as well as what happens when you move and delete messages
  • customize how you send mail and where drafts are saved
  • control when new mail will be checked for and whether or not to notify you when it arrives

Other sections of the CSI Webmail System include:

Address Book   Manage e-mail addresses by entering them manually and by searching online databases.

Calendar   Save notes and dates on your personal calendar; always accessible on the web.

Memos   Save notes for yourself and pull them up on any computer with an internet connection.

Password   Change your password at any time.

Vacation Notices   Set up an automatic reply while you're away from your e-mail account. Let users know why you're not responding to e-mail when you're on vacation or away on business.

Our Webmail system enables you to send and receive your messages from any computer with an internet connection.

You can send and receive your messages from any computer connected to the internet with the Cyber Services Webmail system.
